great service a good friend of mine and i recommend this shop
Got it done quick. But failed on warranty. He said anywhere warranty. He would keep the 12mile warranty. Transmission started giving problems at 8k and quit 3rd and 4th gear at 9k. Call when issue started and called when it quit. Gave many excuses on why it wasn’t the work and it were O2 codes.
My work van broke down in central phoenix and I was stuck in 110° weather. Thank God for LosTres! They came to my van, within minutes found a transmission fluid leak. They gave me cold water, towed my van to their shop, and let me stay there until they fixed it in only a few hours. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!
Dealing with Leo he has great customer service and honest. Very responsive, informative, and prompt on getting the parts and vehicle. Not only that once he finished the repairs he saved the old parts and showed me. He was not there to take our money but there to fix our vehicle. We all know it's hot in Arizona he had my ac compressor fixed in a timely manor. When he has your car he fully focusing on it doesn't overbook.
