Extremely rude spoke with Nicole. Told her I didn't want to provide my SS over the phone and just wanted to schedule and appointment. She replied with I called her not the other way around. She reminded me that I called her over and over. Gave so much attitude. I just wanted to schedule and appt I wasn't trying to get free info.
