Would not give one star. I called told them the tire i needed and he said he had it for $60. I get there says he doesn't have tire only a set of new ones i start to leave he said hold on i have tire. Sends me across street to get cash when i get back he put a completly different size and not even all terrain i told him to take it off he wouldn't just kept saying it will be fine so went home got husband and well he got them to take off so trying to take advantage of language barrier and the fact i am woman and tried to charge... read more
I wouldnt even give a star ,maybe half a star. I called on a Sunday from Buna to see if they had a used tire to fit my car, said they did and they close at 4 ( this was noon). I called again at 2:20 p.m. to let them know that I was on my way. The guy kept telling me they close at 4. I said yes I know but I'm on my way. My husband was driving and asking if they was going to be open or not, they just kept saying we close at 4. Saved the day, Sunday going back home to Louisiana, one RV tire overheating and spare tire blown, I call several places but nobody had these tires but this guys do and quickly replaced my damaged tire and spare tire.
Poor communication...was told one price over the phone, got there and it was a total different price. They need to get it together.
