Esperar una cita por 6 meses (dermatologo) para que cuando llegues alli te digan que ya no aceptan tu plan, la secretaria indica que ella no tiene forma de saber tu plan en la llamada, cuando solo debe preguntar. 0 profesionalismo no les importa el paciente, nunca contestan telefono, no pierdan tiempo ni dinero con esta gente.
La dra. Cruz muy buena pero, no contestan ese telefono, para cualquier pregunta o algo hay que ir personal por que ese teléfono no lo contestan!
Definitivamente cada día estan peores los profesionales de la salud. Los Prados Medical Gallery hago una cita hace 1 año atras con el doctor que coge plan médico (dermatólogo). Para llegar al día de la cita y que me digan que no cogen el plan. Me hacen perder mi tiempo y adicional a esto nisiquiera tienen el profesionalismo de llamar a sus pacientes para decirles que hay cambios. Fatal.
They don't leave any messages for re-scheduling appointments, their phone doesn't work; and when you arrive to the clinic, minimal assistance is given even if you have private coverage; appointments scheduled for over 6 months are moved without further notice to patients. Don't waste your time and money.
