Run down, unkempt, and falling apart pretty much describes the Los Prados Condominiums. My in-laws bought into this place in 2018. In many ways, as an elderly retired couple, it's been great for them. What has fallen tragically short is the property's upkeep and overall physical condition. Literally, the place is falling apart, with little to no follow-through on overdue repairs. Also, the ineptitude of having 3 management companies in 5 years and a 100% increase in HOA fees has been just a little bit more than maddening. Ug... read more
