My family recently relocated here from NY, and I had the great fortune of a stellar recommendation for this pharmacy. My expectations were met, and then some. The staff, the inventory, the customer service, the kindness and, above all, the owner = as close to perfect as anything I could have wished for in a pharmacy. This is the pharmacy many of us thought no longer existed, but, thankfully, it’s here in SLO county. Best of the best!!! Extraordinary service and compassion.
I was traveling for work and live out of town. I was stopping in Los Osos and needed an antibiotic immediately. To support a small business, I asked my physician to send the prescription to the Los Osos Rexall. They refused to fill the prescription because they "aren't taking new patients." Since when do pharmacists have "patients?"
