I needed two tires I had a feeling not to go here but I did because it’s close to my home the tires they gave me looked horrible and once I started driving my car was shaking very badly and it has never done that before. I paid 90 for the tires 100$ total to leave old tires at the shop. They two young guys were laughing while changing the tires I should’ve known that the tires were no good.
I went there to have my tires rotated and balanced. I have mag wheels with "keyed" lug nuts to prevent theft. One of those bolts was not put on tight enough and came off. Can't find it anywhere. One of the guys that did my tires looked new and looked awkward changing my tires
I thought this was a good experience, I even tipped the person who changed my tires. I ask a bunch of times if the tires were balanced and they said yes. They never showed me any invoice or breakdown. Charged me and I left. I got new tires before a road trip. Before the service my car was well taken care of no issues. After driving for 4 hours my car was shaking uncontrollably and I had to pull over and immediately take it to the nearest mechanic.
