HPK management Association is horrible. Things break and it'll be weeks before anything is fixed. Example, I've been calling about the access to our laundry room being broken for 3 weeks now. HPK management doesn't know why it hasn't been fixed or when it will be fixed. Anyone wanting to do laundry has to climb in through a window to gain access to the laundry room.
We lived here for exactly 5 years from July 2019 - June 2024. Landlord was great, neighbors were great, area is mostly clean, and La Mirada is in a great location; close to OC, shopping centers, and beautiful Ralph B. Clark State Park (the biggest plus). However, here are some of the cons. HOA: the HOA is the worst. Good luck reaching the Manager (John). I attempted to rent the clubhouse multiple times and was never able to.
