writing this because I am so tired about complaining about seeing this lady camp out outside of my house or at the pool from 11 am to 7 pm every single day and complain to HOA just for then to not do anything about it. she records by the children's pool making it unsafe for kids. she is usually at the pool but has been in front of my entranceway. she is not homeless and resident in a further building here but it's unfair to other neighbors that have also complained yet she continues to come regardless of us bringing it to he... read more
HPK management Association is horrible. Things break and it'll be weeks before anything is fixed. Example, I've been calling about the access to our laundry room being broken for 3 weeks now. HPK management doesn't know why it hasn't been fixed or when it will be fixed. Anyone wanting to do laundry has to climb in through a window to gain access to the laundry room.
We lived here for exactly 5 years from July 2019 - June 2024. Landlord was great, neighbors were great, area is mostly clean, and La Mirada is in a great location; close to OC, shopping centers, and beautiful Ralph B. Clark State Park (the biggest plus).
