Unorganized mess. No business sense. Walked in with one other person waiting, was told I would be next, so i assumed the guy was waiting for his friend. An older gentleman walked in, when asked if he had an appointment he said no and that only one person was ahead of him. After a 10 minutes the first guy got called up then after 15 minutes they called the old man up. I walked out and will never be back.
This was my second & LAST time visiting this hack job of a shop. FLAT TOP...thats it, I even had pictures of my previous haircut & similar cut as figured my FIRST visit was a fluke & also a disaster. Its a standard barber cut...45 freaking dollars and its horrible. I have had 3 separate people, including one old lady at a grocery store tell me I need to go back or wear a hat. Dons barber shop on main is 10 times better, no talking your ear off & I'm out in 20min with a gr8 hair cut...20bucks with tip! Freaking bunch of hack ... read more
Been going here for years. They do it right. They occasionally have room for walk-ins, but I suggest you book ahead. They are busy.
Got my haircut by almost everyone here. All of them are always on point with my haircut. Best place in Monroe!
