If I could give you no stars I would , its one of the newest crossing international bridge with 6 lanes to cross and there is always only 3 open , custom agents have poor service and rude behavior , the majority of them do . We have been in the vehicle crossing line for 3 hrs , no direction from officers as far as lanes.People cutting in line and no authority in sight.
