Service is fast, But the staff speak limited English, and left off 1 side order. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. However, this had to be the least flavorful Mexican food we have ever eaten. The beef and chicken in the enchiladas had the flavor and consistency of canned meat. Their "homemade" sangria is definitely from a bottle (or box). S I honestly believe you could get better tasting Mexican food from the grocery store.
I have been eating at the locust hill restaurant since it first opened. The food was always very good. I went there 4/16/2026 this week for lunch with a visiting family member. It was the Very WORST food I ever ate there. The cheese sauce was like they were trying to stretch it out because they ran out. The lettuce was brown. The rice and beans were flavorless. The Chimichanga tasted yesterday old I will Never Return after 3 years of going to eat here local. $80.00 spent. TacoBell would have been way better
Passing through the area and it was so good that we returned again the next day. Chile Verde, Mole Poblano, Smothered Carnitas Burrito and Chilaquiles were all outstanding. Dos Equis on tap and House-made Sangria were perfect complements. Sorry we didn’t get photos. The staff are lovely people with ready smiles and quick service.
I came here for on my way home from a job and found a little gem. When I came in for what was my lunch, was an early dinner for most people. I sat down and ordered my food. I was the only customer at that time, however, it started filling up as I was waiting. The food was delicious! The chorizo was not as spicy as I was expecting with my experience with other Mexican style restaurants, but this was not an issue for me, rather a refreshing turn in flavor profiles.
