I paid $12 to get my bike checked for issues. When I returned right before closing to fix a loose part, staff declined to help and told me to return the next day.
My younger brother went in for new tires expecting to pay $30 per tire. An older gentleman told him that they have tires for $25 a piece. He went back with the money and a younger gentleman told him that those tires aren’t good and that he should go for the $60 tires. $60 tires turned out to be $25 Panaracer Tourguard plus’s. He spent $225 to get set of new tires and brake levers. Never going back to this shop.
Second time they save me en route in Brooklyn. Amazing service. I needed my front brake replaced, and they fixed it quickly, affordably, and right on the spot. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the honest pricing and excellent work. Highly recommended!
