I always go here, easy and not condescending at all.
Suddenly got a flat tire and was nearby this shop. They fixed my tire quickly and the price was great.
I went in around 4 pm, asked if he could grease the main sprocket axle and the rear wheel axle. I usually do my own bike work, but this was too much for me. I've had this Mongoose for 30 years, never greased those axles. He carefully checked to make sure he understood what I wanted, said it could be ready that night if I needed it. But I didn't, so I went in the next morning to get it. He was just truing the front wheel when I went in. All ready.
