Horrible management every summer randomly the water or electricity cuts off and no one can get a hold of the manager because she is never in the office and never answers her phone. Took over a year just to get a green trash bin.
clean, neighbor's are trailer park snobs 🤣 but no crime, they always maintain the landscaping, overall quiet,
Great place to live
