My partner and I went to an open house viewing at the park. It was well maintained, quiet, and the home we went to see was beautiful. The realtor for the property was super nice and we gained some good insight from him. Los Cedros is a beautiful mobile park, but the one thing that had us walking away was the pet policy. Small dogs are welcome, but no larger breeds. I have a German Shepherd and I'm not willing to part ways no matter how nice a place looks.
