I live here, its nice
This place will treat you like a criminal. Just like they treated my own father. Once you mess with my family. You gonna have some 81's show up
They had the playground removed and then started charging us more lot rent. You have to pay for indoor animals even if you own your home. If you have a dog, you can't have a leash longer than 4ft. and cannot walk your dog in the park. Also manager is prejudice against fat people. We got a notice that we can't wear shorts even if it's 90+ out.
So I don't live there. But I hear nothing good about the management. And yes I also hear if she don't like the way you look. She will not let you buy a mobile home there. So if all possible stay away from this place. Or get rid of Terry the Manger.
My family loves this peaceful mobile home park. This place is very clean, everything is neat. The residents here are friendly to you. kind neighbors who helped me during the days when my family moved here. I want to say thank you to the landowner and the manager of the mobile home park here, they are kind women who have helped my family. Thanks again all .
