Poor quality of work. Used for some brick work. Brick is now separating at a couple corners. Did not utilize enough brick ties close enough to the corners and none were found within 2 ft of the corner.
Called several times, and finally reached Diego...My husband scheduled a time for them to come out for an estimate....They were a no show, no call...Took 4 days until Diego answered the phone again after several tries, and we set up another day & time that would be convenient for them. We changed our schedule to accommodate his...He was supposed to come out at 11:00 a.m., and at 1:00 p.m. once again a NO SHOW.
