A little frustrating when we call in, are told to “walk in and we will tell you how long the wait is” and when we show up they say they did not say that and the next available appointment is 3pm. I definitely would not have driven here if we were told that on the phone, and upon arrival they said that’s no what he said on the phone….. again, would not have driven here if we were not told to come.

I’ve been coming here for years, and honestly, I regret every extra chance I gave this place. The only consistently good barber was Alex, and he moved to New York. Since then, it’s been a revolving door of bad haircuts and worse experiences. I’ve asked for longer hair in the front and walked out with the exact opposite. I’ve had barbers use product to cover up mistakes like I wouldn’t notice later.
