Home Owners Association This homeowners association has improved over the years. Maybe it's different management but the management before was horrible and mean. This management seems to be better although during this rainy season, they are not very flexible about the weeds. It is hard for those of us who work 40+ hours a week to keep up with the weeds and they seem to have zero tolerance.
