DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I currently live here and it’s getting so ridiculous with the excessive rules. Constant water shut offs sometimes without warning. No manager at the moment so I have to drop off my rent in the box which I hate because they have lost my rent before. And apparently per our “lease agreement” our kids aren’t aloud to be outside playing with toys, running or riding bikes. Today I went to see apartments and booked a tour at Los Arbolitos . When I arrived Christhian greeted me with a smile and during the tour he answered all my questions and was very polite and professional. We came back to the office and I asked asked if he could help me with the application and he did not hesitate at all. After a few minutes I finished my application and I’m hoping to become a new resident at these beautiful apartments and it’s amazing staff. Thank you so much for your help Christhian
Jonathan from the maintenance crew was friendly and helpful. Came the same day we were having issues with our stove and got it replaced fast
Danae was such an amazing help, Thanks to her I was able to tour and find my very first apartment smoothly and stress free. I appreciate the thoroughness while answering all my questions as a first time renter. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you!
Negative stars if possible. Lived her for over 5 years. Never missed or paid late. I had a car stolen. No security system with cameras to protect residents. Endless broken items that weren't repaired in a timely manner. I went 2 years with carpet ripped off the floor because they didn't car enough to repair. A car towed because I didn't have a parking permit in my last month. NO ONE HAS ONE! I moved out early October, and forgot very important documents inside.
