I did not make an appointment yesterday by phone. I stopped by around 4 pm or a little after work to check out rates. The leasing office was closed unfortunately. I walked around a bit and the stench of marijuana just lingered the area and houseless individuals close by I’m sure harmless although still unsettling. Grass is nice but definitely a No and pass. I’m looking for a place to live and a few times I have gone no one is there, office is closed or no one picks up the phone. For note, definitely going to find a place elsewhere, waste of my time. I’ll check The Timbers next door they are open , I do need to be close To this area for work.
****UPDATE**** 1/28/2025- I sent an email to the response below and they have never returned an email or a phone call. The response below is lipservice thinking I would not post an update. This place is not only shady and disingenuous they are manipulative as demonstrated by their empty offer below to supposedly find a resolution... Shameful... The rudest leasing staff my family has ever dealt with. They tried to squeeze an additional $2400 from my mother - a 65 year old disabled woman. When my mother arrived at the office to deliver paperwork in preparation to sign a lease the next day, Sarah told her she was not allowed to speak to her unless she had an appointment and kicked my mother out of the office, stating: “You’re taking up my time sitting in that chair.” No one in the office.
