Horrible park to live in los Arboles at end of la villita rd the manager Gustavo doesn’t return phone calls guy scams people does work on your lot using his family then doesn’t properly filling huge hole he had dug and you get sink holes I left leaves big pipe for septic tank in your yard sticking out of ground wants you to pay for fence to keep traffic out from damage I got out lot rent constantly raised community doesn’t offer any amenities no pool no gym no play ground for kids his family lives in park you hear loud music... read more
God help you if need something fixed that they are responsible for. Had a water line break below the meter, which they claimed they were responible but refused to even come look at the split in the pipe fitting and told us they will not do anything about it. It took 3 days to even get to that unexceptible response with much attitude and disrespect from the property manager delilah. Dont move here unless you want to get stuck in a bad situation.
