In late 2022 thru early 2023 , I was in a dark place in my life . LAOP introduced me to one of the best therapists there is. Juliette helped me eliminate the darkness I lived in . Attending LAOP, I learned so much about life and the importance of seeking help. I will forever be grateful for this place! Thank you so very much !

My experience at LAOP was horrible. They were not providing me with the care that I needed. I had an incident there in which my eye started twitching, I fainted, and loss consciousness. They refused to call medical services to check on me. Instead, they kicked me out of the facility, told me to go to an urgent care, and take the next day off. I can only speak for myself, but going here was a great experience overall. The highlight of this place for me was the therapist Julie who pulled it all together. If she's gone now, I would probably dock another star as the rest of the staff was a mixed bag in terms of organizing. Despite this, everyone was caring and understanding, and this felt like a very safe space to tackle some difficult issues, so I cannot really fault the atmosphere.
