I was really excited to get retractable screens and a replacement screen for our kitchen window, but I had a mixed experience. The retractable screens are functional but they get stuck often and sometimes don't want to latch shut. Riley was really nice and responsive, but he damaged three of the five door frames and our steel window. I brought up the paint damage in our master bedroom and he painted it, but it still looks like the photos with the screws coming through otherwise through the frame. Our front door screen door is original from 1987. The mesh screen had seen a lot of sun, wind, rain, and all of the other elements that you can think of here in Southern California. It became brittle and eventually started tearing. We also had squirrels constantly come up to the door, which exacerbated the tearing of the mesh screen. We called many local businesses to get a retractable screen for our Marvin oak wood French doors. Not only was Riley the only business owner who immediately answered my phone call, he responded quickly with the quote and answered all my questions thoroughly. Riley is great. Hard to think of any time I have had a better experience with someone doing work at my house. He was responsive, courteous, professional, and charged very reasonable $. We had some problems with the screen - which were not his fault - and he fixed them at either low $ or no $. I highly recommend LA Mobile Screens.

Riley is awesome. He kept me updated on my order. Very professional and clean and punctual. I love my screens because now I can actually open my doors without being mosquito buffet. My previous window company didn’t even want to do my screens and I’m so glad because I found Riley instead. He installed three screens. One slider and one 14’ bifold one one 42” front door.
