They were terrible beginning to end. First they were coming for an estimate and gave a four hour window to which I had to get off work to be there. At the end of the four hours and them not showing up, I had to call THEM only to get some story about it raining the next day so they were busy, whatever that means. I feel like I won the lottery calling LA Glass Company. Amazing to work with, very professional and prompt. I have been dealing with Max on the multiple times I've had to use LA Glass Co. and can't say enough about his costumer service. He's nothing but a pleasure to work with. I wish more companies had employees like Max.

Outstanding customer service. I needed windows boarded up after a break-in and they provided excellent same day service. Juan did an excellent job of cleaning up the broken glass and securing the windows. Max was very responsive to my need for a glass replacement estimate. I highly recommend them for your glass repair needs.
It is my pleasure to leave a review for LA Glass, and for Max Campbell as well as Jessie. I have a 26” x 55” table which needed a new glass top.
