Unprofessional. Save your breath and time & go somewhere else.
The other reviews are correct. Phone doesn’t get answered so drove 40 minutes to office . Arrived at 3pm and office closed , even though sign on door says open till 5. Just trying to make an appointment after referral. I’m going somewhere else at this point why would I even want to make an appointment with them and telling my doctor to not send anyone else here.
I talked by phone with some nurse instead of doctor, she was powdering my brain for four month, then didn’t do nothing at all, came out she couldn’t even prescribe endoscopy
Called 5times. On hold 10 to 50min each time. Noone answers!!!!!
I scheduled a couple appointment with this GI doctor's office to see how I'd like them, a waste of time! I wasn't impressed with their professional essence so I decided it wasn't going to work out for me. I notified the receptionist's, their names are Bree and Norma. I let them know I would be canceling the rest of my appointments in definitely. End of story right? Wrong!
