The nurses are very rude and unpleasant—especially when you go to make an appointment, they are very rude.
We can't recommend Dr. Manoukian highly enough. We brought our 3-year-old daughter to him for oral immunotherapy to treat her anaphylactic sesame allergy, and the experience has been wonderful from our very first meeting. Dr. Manoukian is incredibly kind, communicative, and thorough. He's always patient with our questions and concerns, no matter how many times we ask. I cannot recommend Dr. Manoukian and the entire team at Los Angeles Food & Allergy Institute highly enough. When we first came to the office, my daughter had a severe pistachio allergy and had previously experienced anaphylaxis. Today, after successfully completing Oral Immunotherapy, she is eating a daily maintenance dose of pistachios without any medications.
