I called on June 11, 2026 to refill my Rx and also because I had forgotten one of my meds Rx number. Got the phone answered by Karin/karem . I wasn’t sure what she said. She was very awful and rude. She was complaining how all the patients are calling instead of using the automated system. I advise her that the automated system hasn’t been working and she kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. She was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be talking that way to anyone!! If I was her boss I would give her a write up!!!

This MC was recommended by a friend. At the beginning, I was glad that I would have somewhere to go in case of need. It was a mistake. First, there were many questions by very not friendly nurse. I asked for the physical exam and a TB test as I need it for my work. Second, then MD came, asked exactly same questions. I repeated why I drove there 20 miles, hoping someone to listen to me.
