Has office hours listed on Saturday from 9am to 8pm. This is a lie, they are not open on Saturday. Do not take time out of your Saturday to drive down.
Absolutely garbage. Sending in birth certificate request from 2 states away and their form is wrong and posted fee is incorrect. Website and PDFs out of date. 5 weeks wasted. Glad I left California.
I feel like I’m going to jail entering this facility. The security’s are mean mugging and the lady at front desk wasn’t helpful.
