Jevon came out and did a great job cleaning my $7000 mattress. It had coffee stains, dog pee, marker, and it was nasty. After he did his magic the mattress came to life. He did such a great job I had him do another mattress for my daughter
I was very disappointed with Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning. I hired them to clean my living room rug, but they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The technician was unprofessional, didn’t explain anything, and was in a rush to finish the job. After they left, I noticed that my rug still had visible stains and didn’t smell fresh at all. I had a very frustrating experience with Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning and they showed up late without any prior notice. When they finally arrived, they seemed unprepared and took longer than expected to even get started. The cleaning job was subpar at best—my carpets didn’t look any cleaner, and some of the stains were still visible.
