Terrible automated scheduling of appointments. You have to talk to a robot, which takes forever. It asks you a lot of unnecessary information. Only for them to call you back to set the appointment at a convenient time… for them. You wind up having to play telephone tag and wait for their call and hope that they call back at a time when you can take the call. Everything is designed with them in mind to get you off their back and increase their profits. I question these positive reviews and whether they are fake reviews
