RecommendedHome of independent films that you won’t see any where else on the big screen. Lots of leg room too😉! I’ve been a regular here since 1977, way before the Landmark.
Great programs, always. Good and respectful adult audiences. Perfect size auditorium and comfortable seats. Always good to go to The Nuart.

I LOVE the NUART THEATRE! It screens movies that we the people need to see and hear! It’s not just about the block blusters or the celebrity in a film, it’s about the story! Truths that need to be told and that takes courage from the film maker and the movie theatre who screens it!
Awesome Art house theater! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the movies they show!!!
The theater was small but very clean and the people running it were very nice and so tolerant of my fan girling over Damsel's Robert Pattinson.
One of the true gems of Los Angeles!
