Death is already a stressful ordeal, and this company makes it worse by providing a service that is obviously aimed at taking advantage of you and your money. They lied about sending paperwork in, so we had to drive to a separate office and pay out of pocket to get the death certificate (after we paid them for this "service"). They lied about being able to fill pendants with cremation ashes, so we drove down there for that only for them to state in person that they "don't do that there", which was super stressful for everyon... read more
To start off me and my family are so thankful for the quick response, attentiveness and respect this funeral home had at the time of my mothers funeral service. I was in Texas and dealing with the funeral home preparing her when we were worried about flying her back to L.A but let me tell you they coordinated everything with them promptly.
