I was in a hurry to find a place to dry clean a Vietnamese wedding dress and the lady kept denying my dress saying it was too special to clean, and that she needed to know the material and directions. I said ok no problem I called the designer and wrote down what it was and did it in front of the dry cleaner lady and I gave her all the info she requested. Horrible experience. When I went to pick up my items I found stains on one of the garments. The woman tried to rush me to accept the others, but I looked through all of them and found stains in another one. After insisting that they take them back to clean again they finally agreed. When I picked up the second time, the stains persisted.
