I was treated carefully and thoroughly. I felt confident that Dr. Shen knew what she was doing. In addition, she asked good questions and was thoughtful, kind, and easy to talk with. I could walk almost normally after my treatment in spite of the severe arthritis in my knees. The office was well organized and personed by a cheerful assistant, Liz. They are moving as of July 2026 and I hope to be able to make it to their new location.

I had neuropathy in both feet, along with some other foot issues. I was told that my nerves were permanently damaged. Nothing I tried seemed to work well; a friend suggested acupuncture. After five visits with Dr Chen the "feet too warm" issue dissipated and now, several moths later, those problems have not returned. I am not sure how, but the treatment seemed to rejuvenate my nerves and I am grateful for the results.
The service are great. I am better after the first visit.
