They were unable to provide a medical procedure but documented in my records that I had refused it due to pain—which is not true. Despite this, they still charged me and didn’t bother billing my insurance. I have gone through 2 pregnancies now with this clinic. The first was a little rough as Dr Ransom had just re-opened the clinic and was the only provider at the time. I ended up having my baby early down in Albuquerque with perinatal associates due to complications. My second pregnancy last year was much smoother and I had seen all 3 providers throughout my pregnancy and birth. I had signs of borderline pre-eclampsia near the end and they monitored my like a hawk. I gave birth at LAMC and it was a much better experience then... read more

I called the number at 8am, 9am and 12pm to schedule an appointment for an urgent issue. Each call was taken by someone working from home and the office has not called me back to schedule this appointment. I can’t get a transfer to the person working the office desk and the only thing these WFH people can do is leave a message that goes unanswered for half a business day or longer. This is terrible customer service.

Negative stars if I could. Like a few other posts I've seen, I have a very poor opinion of this clinic and Dr. Ransom's services. She is very nice but provided less than the bare minimum for me. Half the time she was on a trip and the other half she made the appointment feel rushed. She would refer to the CDC website for half my questions or shrug them off. This wasn't the worst of it.
