I am sharing this experience to provide transparency for future patients, particularly those receiving prenatal care. Dr. Ransom herself was thorough, kind, and professional during my initial visit, which is why the situation leading to this review is especially disappointing. I love the new staff and the new location! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Andino was knowledgeable and affable. I’m very glad I transferred my care back to Los Alamos Women’s Health!
Doctor is very friendly. Only thing that really bothered me and made me feel uncomfortable is that the medical assistant was in the room the whole time. which made me feel like i had no privacy and couldn’t really talk about the issues that I had. I understand for the exam part but not when I’m trying to talk to the doctor privately.
Dr. Andino and Anahi were wonderful! They are friendly, thorough, and offer great and timely care!
