This place almost killed my mom. They left her flat all day with only two towels behind her head and her oxygen stayed at 60% all day. When my brother got there, her lips were blue and we are certain she wouldn't have made it through the night as she had an infection that wasn't being treated. If you leave your loved ones here, you're doing them a great disservice.
