Beautiful place with great location to the Frio river...super nice place!
2nd year of staying and it is so awesome. I love the place and the great visit.

When we got to the house we noticed most of the mattresses were really old and very uncomfortable. The house was so dusty like it had not been cleaned in awhile. There were bugs all around the house. The sofa bed was broke, pool light was broken we called to let them know and they didn’t not answer us until the 3rd time calling. On a better note the pool was clean.
The pool looks way bigger in the pictures, the house wasn't particularly clean, but it wasn't a bad stay.
