Arrived at my appointment time. Got door right away. Been here 30 mins and they haven't started unloading me yet. Idk what's taking so long. Took 1 hour for unload. Not to bad. Would deliver here again.
If you get a load here, do yourself a favor and turn it down. You will be here all day long. They do not value truck driver’s time just park in the parking lot and we will come get you. Meanwhile you’re watching them Walk the parking lot staring at the sky and smoking cigarettes every 30 minutes ……let’s do better……
Sat there for 15+ hrs multiple times (sometimes the only truck there), nobody unloading except for their drivers. They let otr drivers sit for half a day or better while they sit around or just unload their own trailers. Terrible attitudes, terrible management. Would avoid this place at all costs!
Horribly slow. No one over the pit, I'm the only Hopper here and waited for several hours. Most people here are pathetically slow and rude attitudes. Same local Hopper driver unloaded, loaded ...unloaded and loaded while I had to wait....they do not care about the OTR drivers.
If ur pulling a hopper bottom ur gonna be here little while to unload . Note to self DONT COME BACK HERE!!
