Called them last October to take an appointment for routine furnace cleaning and inspection, Clerk told me she would place me on their waiting list. Today Feb 20th, I called back. Clerk did not remember my request from last October and had not taken note of my coordinates. I told her not to bother, that they had waisted my time and that I had made arrangements with another contractor. I will never call them back. Totally unprofessionnal and uinterested
Just had new furnace and thermopump installation done. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and professional service.
