I don't like to leave a poor review, and can't say anything about their service because they never showed up. I scheduled an appointment, the day came and they never showed so I called. Rang and went to voicemail, so I left a message. No response, no return call, nothing. Called the next day, nothing. Moved on and found someone else.
They keep saying will call back, 4 times so far, NEVER have yet
Public service announcement! This place is a joke! Horrible communication. The lady in the office is a piece of work. She will lie to you about everything. Over and over! Save yourself the headache and call anyone but them.
I hate leaving bad reviews but at this point I feel as though it’d be a disservice to others not to share my experience. The lack of communication I found to be extremely unprofessional. For example, I asked to be emailed a quote on numerous occasions and never received one. They were only willing to provide one verbally which I now realize is a huge red flag. I called to have my natural gas water heater replaced. They came out to take a look and then came back a few days later to do some piping work and replace the water heater. I was shown how to adjust my water heater if needed. It’s been a little over a month and no issues!
