After finding out my 18 month old staffy had a problem with his discs putting pressure on his spine .. was told by lort smith north Melbourne he would heal and should lead a normal life but may have it happen again in the future.. after spending $2000 on him with x-rays and medication already and me being on a pension .. I was unbelievably overjoyed to the point of tears today with the treatment of my janky little man, Hamlet. Hammy is an incredibly peculiar young man, and Ham's new local vet Soo was so knowledgeable, kind, thorough and skilled in her practice while operating on my boy. She treated him with dignity, affection and such a gentle touch despite his peculiar appearance. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Harold and Dr. Kate. Their constant compassion and dedication while looking after Oreo during her recent illness were truly heartwarming. Both the Campbellfield and North Melbourne teams showcased remarkable knowledge and expertise, which greatly comforted us in this challenging time. Oreo absolutely loves her veterinary team, and it’s a relief knowing she is receiving the best care possible. Thank you for everything you do!
Ticked every box! I got back from a trip to find my dog with a nasty cut on her leg. I initially took her to a 24hr animal hospital, but after less than 30 seconds of looking at her, the vet handed me a $2500 quote for stitches. I wasn’t bothered about the cost, it was more the fact the vet spent more time typing up the quote than actually assessing my dog.
