Cleo is a 15yr old dog that I got from Lord Smith in North Melbourne. So the review of only three stars is is of my disappointment at how Lord Smith now appears to be money first animals welfare second. I arranged for Cleo to see a vet as she had an open wound and to my surprise she was saying given 10 days med and told she would require the lump to be removed which I was aware of, The shot come when I was charged $300 for consultation and MEDS then quoted $3000 to have the lump removed.
