They don’t answer their phones which is poor service.
As soon as I got there the staff were amazing. Reception was knowledgeable and led with experience. I popped in on the off chance and found my dog. she was adorable and perfect. as expected I went through the interviews which was also impressive. they really do want to make sure their animals find a good home. found her sat and took her home Sunday. fantastic work from everyone there. Lort Smith Campbellfield were amazing with handling my elderly cat in her final weeks of life. All staff and vets were super knowledgeable and kind during this tough time. Would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their animals

i cannot talk highly enough of the staff and shelter!! they made our adoption process so smooth & easy! the animals are clearly genuinely loved until they find their forever home and the assistance they offer goes beyond even the adoption day! massive shoutout to penny for everything she did for us. thank you for the love and energy all of the staff
