The intake staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The waiting area was clean and pleasant, as was the room. The nurses were excellent, and Dr. Lee was engaging, pleasant, seemed to listen well.

I have always my complete trust to my orthopedic provider Dr Lorrin Lee at QMC West. He administered my first shot on my left knee 3 years ago and I’ve been fine since then. My symptoms recurred lately and made appointment for same concern. I was so thankful and grateful to him for his professionalism and all the staff of Queen’s West Orthopedic Department for their friendly and caring service. Thank you Dr Lorrin SK Lee!
