Our toy poodle was far gone and scruffy. Lorrie's Paw Spa made him look like a completely new dog. The overall hair trimming was very even and attractive. And the nail trimming and all other services were also very well taken care of.
I will not be returning to this grooming salon. When I arrived to pick up my mini dachshund, I witnessed a staff member telling him that he needed to be quiet or she would put him in the back. Seeing my small dog spoken to that way was very upsetting. I understand grooming environments can be stressful and dogs can be vocal, but I expect pets to be handled with patience and reassurance. Love this place! They always do an amazing job!!!
Lorrie groomed our poodle, Stubby, his entire life. Stubby adored Lorrie and always was very excited to see her. That’s not necessarily a common trait between a dog and groomer.
