I brought my four month old puppy, Gracie Mae to Lorrie’s Pet Spa and I wish I could give more than five stars. I was so nervous about leaving my puppy with strangers, but Courtney did an absolutely amazing job on my little puppy. I knew she would NOT be good when they did her face because she’s a puppy, but Courtney had the patience and spent all the time to make sure that she did her face, and my sweet girl was not traumatized. Our toy poodle was far gone and scruffy. Lorrie's Paw Spa made him look like a completely new dog. The overall hair trimming was very even and attractive. And the nail trimming and all other services were also very well taken care of.
I will not be returning to this grooming salon. When I arrived to pick up my mini dachshund, I witnessed a staff member telling him that he needed to be quiet or she would put him in the back. Seeing my small dog spoken to that way was very upsetting. I understand grooming environments can be stressful and dogs can be vocal, but I expect pets to be handled with patience and reassurance.
