Addison Street Salon, which was entirely unaffected by the fire at the East Bay Media Center, is falsely claiming extensive smoke damage and soliciting over $10,000 in ‘cleaning costs’ through a GoFundMe campaign. No other businesses in the area reported similar damage. This misleading narrative is unacceptable and unfair to the community. They should be held accountable for exaggerating their situation for financial gain.
This was my first time at the salon. The atmosphere was nice with music playing. I met with Alliyah, for honey blond highlights on my locs. She did an awesome job, and I am very happy with the outcome.
This was my first time in this shop. I got a silk press by Aliyah and I love it. I took my mom and she loves it as well. I will definitely be going back. I have found a new stylist.
