Lorrie and Walter are a dream to work with. My first experience selling and buying properties at the same time was definitely a challenge but these two made it seem easy. They were there from the planning of the updates for the property I sold until the final inspection of the property I bought. Lorrie helped me with the sale of a home that was part of an estate of a friend who passed away. Lorrie went above and beyond, even helping to clean up some of the property. She was always in regular communication with me and when there was a question, she focused her effort on getting answers. She took wonderful photos, got the word out and we had interest even before the property was listed. Her honesty, dedication and attention to detail was much appreciated!
