Dr. Tafra has been the most compassionate and concerned physician I have dealt with in regards to my women's oncology issue. I was very pleased with Dr Tafra. However, a month after being charged my in office copay, I see another charge for $10 from them that I DID NOT authorize. apparently, they didn't charge me the correct amount and thought it was just fine to charge my credit card the remaining balance without my consent. you are supposed to bill any remaining balance, not take it upon yourself to do as you please.
