I call the office on 10/08/25 with some health concerns and the staff give me an appointment the same day not typical for a Doctor office I had a great experience the staff was efficient warm and welcoming. Every questions or concerns I had was answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this facility as my road to recovery was top priority! for a good patient care please see Lorraine E. I absolutely love the Doctor. She is very wonderful. But when I call I can never get through at all. I have been calling for OVER a week and left several voicemails for over a week and no response at all. My results are not even uploaded on the portal. Communication from staff here is terrible with the clients. I feel defeated because I already struggle with my breathing/walking and now I have to go into the office just for me to literally speak to someone! Anyone from the establishment regarding my health
