Came in because my bestfriend referred me to her. I brought in my grandmothers engagement ring that she passed down to me when I got married in April. It needed to be resized. I was nervous because it’s such a sentimental and valuable piece. However, Lorraine herself spoke with me. She was very helpful, thorough, understanding of my concerns. They were quick and professional. My ring was finished within a week and it’s absolutely perfect. Thank you guys.
