The place floods often if you live on lower floor. I've been here 2-3 years and not a single time has it been fixed properly. Landlord will only pay for 1 night at a hotel while the apartment smells like the feces that came in through the pipes while repairs take over 2 months. 3 months out of the year my carpet is removed and I'm left with concrete and nails while paying rent to not effect my credit. Poor management. Poor lighting in common areas and ice build up in front of door in the winter is an insurance claim/ lawsuit waiting to happen.
