Great experience today, a lovely friendly receptionist, a caring doctor and friendly pathologist. What more could you want?
Not even Zero, i had kidney stone and i was released from hospital under their care for follow up and some tests, no appointment, no engagement, several written request to the so-called pratice manager who she has no professional or ethical background, no assistance , health escalation due to their negligence and reckless, incompetent team, no professionalism or ethics .. currently considering lodging a formal complaint for public interest
Huge thanks to the nurse Frances who went above and beyond during my baby’s vaccination — using the sweetest expressions and a gentle baby voice to distract and comfort. It made such a difference in what could have been a stressful moment🫶 And a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Dr Rafal who always gives such thoughtful advice and guidance. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and compassion shown at every visit. Grateful to be in such capable hands.
